how bad is pasteurized dairy in foods like cream cheese...how bad really is pasteurized dairy in things like sour cream, cottage cheese, and cream cheese and half&half. its easy to find raw milk and raw cream and raw cheese and sometimes raw butter, but its virtually impossible to find cultured products like cream cheese, sour cream cottage cheese and half & half raw... i wonder if these products culture different because some of the bacteria has been heated out??
is it better just to avoid things like these? the fat content is so good i wish i could find them raw
