High Fat Diet, MineI have to share. You may or may not find this interesting but I've mentioned I'm on a diet experiment of my own. I bailed out of Atkins Induction when I stalled 6 days in and remained that way too long So I came up with my own short term plan. Sor far, I've lost a little over a pound a day. Not feeling hungry and in breif here is the plan and a link to fit day:

I still don't think you're a naysayer... no matter how many times you post in here

Many people who can tolerate dairy swear by it. It does contain lots of calcium, which speeds up your metabolism and is good for the tyroid, plus high in great animal fats and fat-soluble vitamins. You may be one of the lucky ones! I go back and forth between thinking dairy is either benign or negative, but I never seem to do 'really well' on dairy, unfortunately.

Thanks Reddy. I'm not a naysayer but since it has carbs- berries and fruit I didn't know where it should go. I was thinking if this works for a while or, even not, that it might be interesting alternating it with Meat/Fish/egg only days.
This is the first time I've ever put something like this together. I'll keep it short to go with my attention span . I feel my blood slowing down.
I really find Goat milk interesting. One, because I've had a little more than a quart in 50 years, and the evidence that it may lower cholesterol and help with nutrient absorbtion. One article compared it to Olive Oil Have I written this already?
Best wishes,

Why do you think atkins was stalling you?
calories?
If it's calories, then lower them,
but there are a few carbs in that list. They will be working against you in terms of weight.
but....... if it's working and you feel good - go for it!

Well, it is low cal. Only about 1200 calories. Personally, I would feel like I'm starving on that many calories. Not something I could do for very long. But, if it works for you.........
