Ham & Cheese QuicheHam & Cheese Quiche
8 oz cream cheese
4 -6 eggs (depending on the size of baking dish)
1/2 cup cream
salt & pepper, to taste
8 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded
8 oz ham, chopped fine
Preheat oven to 350 (325 if using glass dish)
Spray pie dish or 8-9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Place shredded cheese in dish, then top with ham.
Blend cream cheese, eggs, cream and salt & pepper until smooth.
Pour egg mixture over the cheese and ham. (It should just cover the ham)
Bake until set and golden brown, about 45 min. Let sit about 10
