This is a paragon of a source that is NOT credible. Look at the references...lol.
"Distilled water is an active absorber and when it comes into contact with air, it absorbs carbon dioxide, making it acidic. The more distilled water a person drinks, the higher the body acidity becomes."
'Body acidity'? Maybe the author meant 'blood acidity'. Our blood is never (assuming your respiratory system works, you don't have a life-threatening illness, etc.) acidic. If your blood is acidic you are probably going to die soon if you haven't already, lol. The lungs and kidneys do an excellent job of maintaining a blood pH of 7.35 to 7.45. If you googled "carbonic acid-bicarbonate buffer system" I bet you would get all kinds of credible info on this process (i.e., this is basic chemistry/physiology).

 ur probably right.
didnt quite do my homework w/this one, then again tend to gloss over the references as a frame of mind, not cuz i actually mean to
i get a reaction from distilled water, normally.
then again, this may be speaking from the end of the bell curve...

maybe your reaction comes from diluting your salt/mineral balance

isn't rain water distilled water?

For a while that's all I was drinking, distilled water. Then I read Mercola's article among others and stopped. I'm still unsure though. Again you find everyone in disagreement. Andrew Weil has no issues with Distilled water. Why can't everyone agree!
Does rain water pick up pollutants from the air?
Somehow I think the more natural approach is always best. Spring water as we would find it naturally. That, and a bottle of WINE!

Didn't The Bear mention that he drinks rainwater?

Bear's been drinking rain water for years. It's a little cleaner down in Australia then it is on the east coast of USA.
I drink filtered water...I'm fine with that. It sure as hell tastes better than regular tap water or bottled water.

possibly. but i wanna believe the ion ratio is different from artificially distilled.
read also that distilled is great for preventing prostrate growths in men.
but hey, the ancients + medievals never had access to the stuff so
..im placing my bets w/the ole' Table-Round guys n' stuff
after all, sum of them were real badass. not like the mush u see runnin' around nowadays. me included

think so. there are times i eat the wrong things, and distilled water is second only to the sugar + fibre combo to wash those things quickly out of the system!!
need 2 live in a place w/free mineral water...

This has me wondering of the water I have at home is basically the same as distilled water. It is softened then run through reverse osmosis. My water comes from a well and is extremely hard.
I also drink a lot of bottled water, which is very questionable.
