Hmmm, don't know how to answer the poll. I don't consider myself very active, but I do walk for an 75 minutes every day, almost without fail. Plus, right now I'm doing some strength training every day, usually one or two exercises that use a couple of muscle groups, few reps, many sets throughout the day. Also, I'm doing some specialized yoga.

To me that would be in the second to last or last option.

I'm barely active...maybe that's why I don't need much fat (?). But, I plan to be cause suddenly I'm feeling a little more energetic than usual.

3-4 times/week until my elbow started acting up due to work. Got some tendinitis atm.
