endurance

That is wonderful, I wish I can do marathon but due to the operation I may not ever be able to run the way I used to, but I build my endurance with the cardio bike and threadmill, and it seems the more I do the more I can do and hte energy is amazing. Keep it up, keep looking good and keep feeling good Wink

That is exactly what seemed to happen to me, the more I do, the more I can do, so I just keep going. I agree, the energy is amazing.
