Crockpot Spicy Roast BeefCrockpot Spicy Roast Beef
3 lb Roast; (the cheaper the better)
Pepper to taste
2 Cloves minced garlic
3 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/2 c Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Dry mustard
Rub pepper and garlic in roast. Combine rest of ingredients in the crockpot.
Stir.
Put roast in and flip once to coat it with the liquid. Cover crockpot. Cook on LOW 8-10 hours or on HIGH 4-5 hours
