Creamy Alfredo SauceCreamy Alfredo Sauce
This is amazing over grilled or baked chicken, but use your imagination!
• 8 ounces cream cheese, cut in 1-inch cubes
• 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup cream
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper - freshly ground
In a large saucepan, melt butter, slowly add cream cheese, cook until cheese and butter are completely blended.
Combine all remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine (use a wire whisk to get a very smooth sauce.)
