blogI have seen it now. Interesting - thanks Avalon.I was particularly interested to see the pics of Aajonus. He does look quite good for a 60 yr old . His physique is very firm , lean, yet also filled out- not with the kind of sag lean, or emaciated lean that older people often get. I also found the before and after pics of the blogger interesting- quite a difference there! Cheers Nola |

I saw the pictures of AV but missed the pics of the blogger. I'll have to check them out.
