Chorizo burgers

I have for years added pork sausage to ground beef to make tasty and moist burgers.

The last time I was the the butcher they were out of the generic pork sausage.  But they did have their version of chorizo which is more like real chorizo than the std supermarket grease bombs from Carmalita and the like.

Anyway...
I mixed it at 1 part chorizo to 2 parts beef.

Tasty.  Goes good with hot sauce.  
Go figure. Wink
