Choc. fudge.mix cocoa, raw honey (or stevia but honey tastes best) and melted coconut oil or cocoa butter to your desired taste. Eat. If you want it creamier, like a truffle, add coconut milk.

I tried this before and it is so fricken' addicting, I had to force myself to stop eating it because it was causing me cravings for more.... And my cravings are painfully ugly.

I do a similiar thing, but I melt unsweetened chocolate & unsalted butter in a bowl. Then I add a can of table cream (I find it usually in the Mexican foods section at my local supermarket) and a little bit of sweetner and then mix it up. In the fridge it comes out like chocolate mousse or if you put it in the freezer it's almost like a chocolate malt. Relatively high in carbs (for a zero carb diet) but for the occasional treat on a hot day it's not bad. Of course, you don't have to eat it all in one sitting but I worry about the cravings it could bring on.

You mean you don't have to eat it all at once? That would be my problem... I usually just use 1-2 tbs of coconut oil (or butter in a pinch) at a time, with .5 tbs of cocoa and then sweetener to taste, then freeze it, it tastes too real for me. I haven't had this for quite a while but I remember it vividly...
