Chicken Pecan QuicheChicken Pecan Quiche 4 servings.
4 eggs
1 cup cream or 1/2 and 1/2
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 cup minced onion
2 oz grated cheddar
4 oz cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
Beat the eggs, cream and spices. In a casserole combine the chicken and cheese, mixing well. Top with onion. Gently pour the egg mixture over the chicken mixture. Top with pecans. Bake at 350* until done, about 40 minutes or so.
