3/4 cup cooked chicken or turkey chopped or shredded
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons cream cheese
Parsley
sprinkle of salt and Italian seasoning.
Simmer chicken, salt , Italian seasoning, in broth for a few minutes to blend the flavors. Add the cream cheese and stir 'til combined. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Do not boil.
If you are so inclined, you can add 1/2 a fresh tomato and/or a sliced green onion for color.
