Cardio work outI have been working out like a mule since April 15th I do Cardio work out 6 times a week and sometimes 7. Checked with the doc and she said GO for it. I do the Cardio Bike that i have here and it is pretty good. I do it for 30 mins at minimum but usually 45 mins a day. I am not losing weight but I am feeling better, sleeping better and looking better. I am losing inches tho.
does anybody else engage in this?
