Breakfast MeatballsThis recipe does have cheese in it, but that can be left out...although, the amount per meatball is pretty insignificant and does add a LOT to the flavor.
Breakfast Meatballs
2 lb. Roll Jimmy Dean Sausage (or any spicy breakfast sausage)
1 lb. Ground Beef
2 Tbsp. Minced Dehydrated Onion
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
3 eggs
1/2 lb. Grated (or shredded) sharp cheddar cheese
Mix thoroughly by hand.
Roll into 1-1/2 inch balls or spoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 min.
Makes 50-60 balls depending on size.
Put individual servings in Ziploc sandwich bags, then put those in a large Ziploc Freezer bag and freeze. Heat in microwave.

This is a great recipe! I've made these and you are right the cheese does add a lot of flavor. My family will eat these up as fast as I make them.
Thanks!

These have become my main breakfast item. Thanks!

They're good with sour cream mixed in them, too.

I got the ingredients to make these today. I can't wait! I'm leaving out the dehydrated onions though (I ran out and I can't find them at the store anymore?!). And I'm waffling on whether or not I should include the cheese...I don't generally eat cheese. Butter is usually my only dairy.
