pretty basic, like 10 egg yolks a day, meat, coconut oil, hemp oil, meat. berries, almond flour, etc, etc.

i was taking whey but it gave me some sides, now i take a brown rice powder protein from SunWarrior. it taste good.

Loops, look in the mirror! You seem to be doing pretty well. You're active and not overweight. I'd love to say the same, but cheese is a fat-maker, for me. Dairy, not so, but aged cheese specifically. I can't seem to eat it in any quantity over an ounce without gaining weight.

I've had recent comments about how built I'm becoming - especially my arms and back (I get that line down my back too from swimming).  I'm not so obsessed about it all these days either.  I've done some experimenting and found a few things - one being that a lot of vegetation gives me acne and not enough protein makes me tired.  Also too much protein makes me tired.  Oh and small amounts of carbs make no difference.  Oh yeah and I feel better eating dairy stuff - just not huge amounts of anything UHT.

Fibre really gets me though - but I had to go there just to see.  I actually started to recommend my MIL eat white bread instead of brown due to her intestinal stuff - it worked.  I also told her to not eat bread but if she must then a bit of white is probably better.  I have my DH eating high animal fat and he has lost weight and he's thin anyway but he is very strong now.

I have to eat a lot of protein on training days though.
