Baked Cajun ChickenBaked Cajun Chicken
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast vegetable cooking spray
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Rinse chicken; pat dry. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
Arrange the chicken in dish. Brush with cream.
In small bowl, mix onion powder, thyme, garlic salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 375°F. until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
