OK from this post  ( and others I forgot about) it seems you are vegetarian not vegan... therefore  cheeeeese and wine diet can be right for you!!

Sure - didn't mean to do that, I hate it when people want to pigeon hole me or label me..

Smile  Heart

btw: I know so many vegetarians who eat fish   - the logic behind it is that fish is a cold blooded animal Dunno

Did you know I used to  be vegetarian too, by nature, I am a vegetarian, love vegetarianism, but vegetarianism don't love me  Cry

When I was a veggie I actually struggled with  putting on weight, I was really really slim, only I had skin and intestinal problems, so started taking protein, combining protein and carbs wasn't a good idea, and it lead to me being overweight Sad   now I am a carnivore wanabe Sad

I tried to go back to vegetarianism so many times, but every time I go back I end up with the same skin and intestinal problems Sad
Avalon

Sorry to hear that Sandy.

Good luck with you dietary journey  Yup
