Avocado Green Chili SoupAvocado Green Chili Soup
2 Ripe avocados
1 c chicken broth
1 c heavy cream
1 c water
4 oz Canned green chilies
1 small Onion; chopped
Salt and pepper; to taste
Put avocados, green chilies, and water in blender until smooth. Put chicken broth and onion in saucepan and heat until onion is crisp-tender. Combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat…do NOT boil. Serve immediately.
