AlliJust saw the commercial for the new low-fat pill, Alli.
Says you can lose 10-15 pounds on a low-fat diet with exercise, and the pill, in SIX MONTHS.
That's pathetic.

omg that is really funny.
And anal leakage? One day several years ago when I was doing a CKD (cyclicak ketogenic diet, it involved low fat carbups and didn't work for me) I grabbed some nonfat chips. They were really great, I couldn't believe they were nofat and ate the whole big bag... and noticed later that they were made with OLESTRA!!!!!!!! No "leakage" but I had an explosive 12 hours following.

That is pathetic. I lost at the rate of 10 lbs./month on a high fat diet, no exercise, and ate all I wanted. Oh yeah, and no anal leakage. Which one would you choose?

You might as well take a pill full of baking soda, or water.
You'd have exactly the same results. I wonder what exactly's in this crap that's supposed to aid in fat loss.

No clue what's in it, but the marketing blitzkrieg is in full effect for sure. I was just at WalMart and they had a huge display up in the middle of the store. Shit's like 50 bucks.
