a little strange...so a few colleagues of mine want to grab some dinner... it is going to be a late night...
so I downed a protein shake and 4 tbs of raw butter before we set off...
we went to a place for prime rib night... I had just the prime rib... gave my potatoes and veggies to my colleague...
now I ordered it rare and had it with horseradish...
on my way home... I still have cravings for raw stuff!!!
i actually stopped by the grocery store at 915pm... walked away with 1/3 lb sirloin... came home - scarfed 2 egg yolks raw and chomped down the steak raw...
only then did I seem satisfied... 6 months ago I would have been fine with just the prime rib...

Maybe it's your body just catching up on all the nutrients? I find I have days when I can't stop eating, and others where I almost forget to eat. I think it's just your body taking what it needs, when it needs it. Like, who said it needed x mg of such-n-such vitamin exaclty every 24 hours?! That's insane. That's why RDA's make no sense to me. Some days you'll need more of one thing than another. Trust your body, it will tell you what it wants you to eat.

I don't think so... as a Hindu we celebrate each full moon...
the funny thing is that I woke up 2.4 lbs less today!!!
