Okay! Barb and I have a Challenge!

But I haven't cleared the rules with her yet exactly so I ehh, what's that? I heard something  Wow

Here are my ideas and any way...

Anyone who wants to lose some weight is welcome. You must pick an amount to lose. You'll have 11 full Days. Tomorrow to the weigh-in on the morning of the 17th of February, 2008. Who needs a full two weeks? Sheesh  Roll Eyes

Quote:
1. Name the number you want to lose.

2. Take a picture of your feet on the scale. Forget about the weight of the Camera. You'll be holding it on the 17th so it'll figure in. And a copy the day's paper.

3. Take a picture on the 17th morning or evening- with a copy of the day's newspaper
.

Don't be afraid to show your weight. Look at the people on Biggest Loser. It's incentive.

Or forget all the above and just post your numbers.

I've been trying to get back to the original 40lbs I lost and I've been failing! I've been up 10 around 164 and I can't stand it. I'd like to be 149, but will take 154 to start with.

Today I was 161.7. I want to be 154lbs by the 17th. No more Mrs. Nice Guy  Cool  I tell ya!

I'll send $1000,000.00 to whoever loses the most weight with the picture of the scale & paper. If you just post your number no way in hell am I sending you the green  Grin

WOW I meant $10.00! I'll send $10.00!
to whoever loses the most weight  Yup

WOW I MEANT $1.00!!! just kidding! I'll gladly send $10.00 to the winner if I reach 154lbs by the 17th

And I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a Hamburger today Laugh

Best wishes,
Avalon  Happy

Look what I can do

Hey Avalon I'm in! I need some major motivation! I swear I havent been on the wagon since freakin november.  Roll Eyes

ehh...I dont have a camera though, at least not a digital one with me. I'd have to hold my computer (I have a mac-it has a camera) and that would skew things a lot. So i will just post my numbers, don't worry I'm honest.  Cool

I'll post it tomorrow morning.

Ok, here it goes, but I want extra points for bravery.  I'm in.  Starting at 137-138, and I want to be 135.

Good Morning! OMG! I had wine and chili last night! OMG! OMG! OMG! OK here I go... hey opti what about using a cell phone?

I discovered if I hop off the scale the number stays for a few seconds and I didn't have to hold the camera and show my ugly feet.

Carny, Socks! what a great idea DOHHH!!!

Starting weight 164.3 but that's not entirely accurate because of how one wine and chili dinner will digest by tomorrow. Did I mention Pringles and licorice?  Roll Eyes

Come on everyone! You've got a day to post your stats!

Wow, those veggies and 1/2 cup of ice cream yesterday really packed more of a wallop than I expected them to. I had 40 carbs yesterday and gained two pounds, unbelievably. If I'm lucky, by the end of this challenge I'll be back where I was 4 days ago at 148.  Roll Eyes So I guess that's my goal.

Oh no, now everyone knows about my finger-length second toe. Cry

It should be counted as cheating. Ballooning yourself up with ice cream just before the race.  Grin

As you can see from the growth, that pedicure was from New Year's! I just can't bear to remove it because it's so cute. I need to get another one done so my 'roots' aren't showing. Laugh

Sorry I've been distracted and not sure I can do this challenge... so many temptations, but maybe that's a good thing, have to learn to withstand peer pressure and do my own thing, no matter what!

I did take pic but no time to upload and post right ... I think I've lost some weight, hard to tell with my scale, it's all over the place.  Might pick up a new one tonight.

Love all your footsie pics, lol, I need a pedicure, BAD!!!

KUTGW!

Ahhh, there's nothing quite as satisfying as gaining two pounds, then eating really well for a day, zero-carbs, a reasonable amount of food, moderate calories, working your ass off outside shovelling for an hour and a half and waking up the next morning to see that you're a half pound lighter. Roll Eyes Yeah... nothing quite like it. Good times.

I think I'm broken. Seriously. My body just wants to be fat, too much, I think. Laugh

I melt about a tablespoon of butter, and chug it like a tequila shot before every meal.  It helps to increase my fat to protein ratio.  When I want to lose weight, I just do more butter shots.  Be careful if you try it though, suddenly upping your fat intake could mess with your digestive system.

Remember there was that whole butter diet thing... Girls were eating sticks of butter and losing weight. I have to search for that link...

I had a rough day emotionally but it started off terrific. Down to 161.4 this morning, but that always happens the first night after I've been bad. Tomorrow's up for grabs.

Don't get discouraged. We've got more than a week ahead of us!

B, get that new scale. From what you told me, it's messing with you, and knows it. You have to call 555-666-6666 and the Men in Black will come right to your door. Don't forget to wear your shades   Yup

... They're here now, gotta go...

Best wish...

After I lost that weight last month, I did a search and found an official butter diet.  Who knew?  It's just something I'd stumbled onto on my own, and since butter really agrees with me, it's a good thing.  I sort of hesitate to promote it because I'm afraid someone who has an ED type of mindset would take it too far.

How were you bad, Ava?

Oh do post a link. I wonder if it's the one I'm thinking about. Inquiring minds want to know.
