Inspired by Red's challenge and stuff it's time to make this happen.

I want to be at least four to five pounds under my current goal of 154lbs. This way I can have a Brunch on Sundays, or have a few drinks without worrying of going over 154- and behaving all week will bring me back under. I've been doing this already, only from around 158-157 so I keep ending up at 162-4 Bonkers

I need a plan! I need to avoid Chinese Buffets when having lunch with my Father- and all other times too!

I hope to be 157lbs tomorrow so that means I have 7-8 pounds to lose. Maybe that's why I was happy back when I was drinking bloody mary's and eating steak and mashed potatoes with hollandaise sause and warm buttered rolls-- because I only cheated on Sunday! But initially I had reached 145-146lbs back in '94- so those weekend pounds never brought me over the hump.

November it is!
