This is really simple, but the brand of hot sauce is extremely important, as other brands may not give the right flavor. Also, this sauce is somewhat high in salt, so try not to overdo it(ie eat it all day long).

You take 1 cup of full fat sourcream, 1 bottle of either Tapatio hot sauce, or Cholula brand hot sauce, and mix to taste. The best indicator for my tastes is when the sauce no longer has any white streaks, and it has a nice orange color.

We used to make this for our fish tacos, but this full fat version is much better and goes great with any fish.
