I made this last weekend, and took some pics, for those who have never made one ... I decided to nuke mine, it can be baked in the oven, just as easily, but the one I had was done in 30 minutes, 5 minutes at a time, then I kept turning it around. That way it gets more evenly done. On high.

In the oven, not sure, but my guess is it would take about 1 1/2 hours. at 350 F.

Once it's done, cut it in half, scoop out the seeds, pull the strings out with a large spoon, put in a pot and heat again with butter or olive oil, some fresh garlic, parmesan cheese, bacon bits and egg yolks, and cream.

I don't have a recipe, just throw it together with whatever you like. It's delish with just butter and garlic... it's neutral, tastes like squash... Yup

When I'm on paleo I love using spaghetti squash as a base for a nice meaty red sauce. So delicious!
