These smoothies are a nice way to get good things like raw egg yolks, coconut milk, coconut oil, cinnamon, etc. into your daily diet. They are very yummy as well!
These are 85-90% FAT!... and they're dairy free!
Smoothie
12 ice cubes
1/2 cups berries
6 raw egg yolks
1 can coconut milk
6 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp nutmeg
These amounts work well for a 5-cup blender, but you must tweak the amounts for your own preferences. You can get three real nice servings out of this 5-cup blender (which will be full). Each serving will be about 600 calories. You could divide it up into more servings with less calories. They're very filling and deeeeeelish!
Here are the base ingredients to work with:
ice cubes
berries
raw egg yolks
coconut milk
coconut oil
vanilla extract
almond extract
cinnamon
nutmeg
Here are some berries that are good to add:
strawberries
red raspberries
blackberries
blueberries
mixed berries
