Shrimp Egg-Fu-Yung
Shrimp boiled or steamed – 1/2 lb
Eggs - 6
Bean Sprouts 1 (14oz) can
Chives, Freeze-Dried 1 TBSP.
Chop shrimp in half or whatever size you want. Beat eggs.
Combine all ingredients. Pour in heated, greased skillet.
Cook until done. Cut into 3 servings.
One serving contains:
Calories 241
Fat 10.8 g
Carbohydrates 4 g
Protein 28 g

And Judy, after all that hard work, pick out the bean sprouts and chives! Eat the shrimp and egg mixture!
J/K of course...sounds good. I just don't care for bean sprouts, had too many of them when I was on the low-fat diet many years ago. |

My one suggestion for the above recipe is that this would be even better with a teaspoon each of minced garlic and minced gingerroot added to the mixture. And a tablespoon of soy sauce, although it's full of MSG... And a couple of drops of sesame oil... Then it would taste out of this world!
