Take your ribeye steak and slather in a mixture of olive oil, dry mustard powder, and cumin powder. Heat a frying pan to hot. Place ribeye in pan and sear on both sides. Turn down heat and let cook a little longer, or take out after searing. Sprinkle with just a touch of salt. OMG, it's my favorite! Happy
