1 can coconut milk *I used 2 cans and used only the cream on top*
1/2 to 1 Tbsp red curry paste *hot stuff*
1/3 cup chicken broth
3 Tbsp fish sauce *salty*
1 tbsp sugar *I ommited*
1 can bambo shoots *I ommited*
1/2 to 3/4 cup chopped fresh basil *I used dried about 3Tbsp works well*
simmer 5 min then add
4 chicken breasts cubed
simmer 15 more min
I just take the meat and leave the sauce. Has a lot of taste.
For Dh I cooked rice and mix veggies * poison*
