Good Morning Carnivores!

This is a recipe I'm curious about. Now, it's not completely Carnivorous because there is some celery and onion, which I suppose could be left out Happy

But before I paste it, I found this recipe in a very interesting free online book called 'Eating Awake'. Now I wanted to post a link for you, but I think there was a crash and loss of data, so there will be a new Eating Awake Book this year.

I have a version in pdf if you want I can send it to you(remember I'm on dialup) But I would be happy to send it. It does have some veggies listed here and there, but this man, like Aajonous Vonderplanitz eats raw everything and however you look at it, it's wild stuff. Apparently he was not all too healthy, now he is. Ta-dah! Nothing like some Raw Chicken Soup to keep you going.

I've eaten raw chicken two ways, cured in lemon juice over night and chicken sashimi. But but never as a smoothie! And I am tempted, but not today Wink

chicken contains
abundant fat and easily assimilable protein. an easy
introduction to raw chicken is raw chicken soup [a], which
is particularly useful for respiratory infections: cut the
meat and skin off a chicken leg by severing the ends of the
tendons with a sharp knife, and sliding the blade along the
bones. cut the meat and skin into 3/4? cubes. add one pint
of warm water to a blender and one silica capsule--see
water. chop up either 1/16 onion, 1 green onion or 1/2 clove
of garlic and add to water. chop up one stalk of celery and
add to water. add chicken to water, close top, and blend on
high, on liquefy, until the blender stops making chopping
sounds. drink like a milkshake. makes one small serving;

Isn't commercial chicken loaded with salmonella?  They're always issuing strict warnings about how you must very carefully clean cutting boards that are used to cut raw poultry.
