lol, I just saw that on Dr Eades Blog! I can't wait to give it a try, I always seem to have some trouble peeling boiled eggs.

Oh Lordy! Another thingy so we don't have to get our hands dirty. In fact this morning while at the market I marveled once more at all the pre-cut veggies, onions, mushrooms, squash Bonkers Soon there will be a remote to work everything!

Here's a link for those curious about trying this BY HAND! With no real answer... so there Wow

I'd say 98% percent of the time I have no problem de-sheeling my hard boilers. I boil. I cool with running water. I leave eggs in water and tap wide end of shell on pan- still under cool water. I dip egg in water repeatedly as I peel. Somehow the water helps...

Damn Machine Thingies!

It works!

This is fabulous. I love soft boiled eggs but I loathe peeling them. It's such a pain without using cold water. The water cools the eggs too much. I like them to still be warm when I eat them. This is so easy and the eggs are still warm.

I had to boil three sets of eggs because Murphy's Law got me. The shells cracked in first set which never happens to me. I didn't boil them long enough in the second set (which also never happens to me) and all I managed to do was blow out the yolks and make a big mess.

Third times a charm. Three attempts for me means it should work for most people on the first go. Smile
