This is great to make for company, even teenagers accept it as a great Pizza substitute, it's delicious!

Deep Dish Quiche Pizza

Serves/Yields: 6
Prep. Time:
Cook Time:
Category: Pizza and Pasta
Difficulty: Easy

Introduction
NOTES : The 2 cups of Mozzarella can be a mix of any Italian cheeses you like.
If it tastes this good it's gotta be locarb!

Ingredients
4 ounces cream cheese
4 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
1 Tablespoon chives
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Plus any of the following toppings:
pepperoni
black olives
mushrooms
chopped green peppers
chopped onion
ham or bacon bits
browned, drained ground beef or sausage

Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Beat together cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, parmesan cheese and spices, mix again.

Spray 9" deep dish pie plate or larger dish with non stick spray. Sprinkle 2 cups of Italian cheese into dish and pour egg mixture over it. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. It really puffs up while in the oven.

Spread on pizza sauce, pile on the toppings of your choice. Top with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Return to oven and bake until bubbly and browning. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting and it will set during that time. Remember to add in the carbs for the toppings you choose.

Note:I made it in a deep dish pie plate the first time and it took a long time to bake all the way to the middle so the other day I made it again using a rectangular dish that measured 8 x 11.5 x 2 and it baked up more evenly
