Make standard oxtail soup by bringing to lowest simmer from cold: oxtails, celery root, leek, carrot and bayleaves. Don't chop the veggies small, just have them in large hunks. Simmer for a day or two and add some seasalt or boullion or worsteshire to taste. If you leave it, rather than adding seasoning to the entire pot, the soup flavour intensifies over the next 2 weeks and becomes extremely rich and needs less.

for the Tastes like Pea Soup bit:
Generally I throw away the carrots and veggies.. but for this, put a piece of carrot, a piece of celery root, some broth, oxtail meat and a weiner in the blender and blend until not completely smooth. Smile I love pea soup and this is fart free, low carb!!

I discovered this by coming up with the "pea soup" part for the baby, he wasn't interested in eating so I ate it for him.
