Italian Pesto Salad Dressing

1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2-3 pkts Splenda
2 Tbsp grated parmesan or romano cheese
1/4 cup Italian Rose brand pesto

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process at low spead until blended. Yield 1-3/4 cups
