This is really good:

enough ground coffee to make 12 cups (I used chocolate velvet flavored, but any plain or another flavor coffee would work just as well.)

2 T. cocoa powder

2 packets stevia

Place coffee grounds and cocoa powder into coffee filter. Brew according to coffee maker directions. Allow to cool. Fill 2 liter pitcher with ice. Pour cooled coffee into pitcher. Stir in 2 packets stevia.

Serve over ice.

**The results of this are not sweet. The stevia basically balances the bitter flavors of the coffee and cocoa powder. It tastes like a really strong, rich iced coffe with a hint of chocolate to it. You could add cream to this, or more artificial sweetener for an actual sweet taste.

That sounds really good. As a serious coffee drinker, I like variations.
Thanks.
