Okay,

I've come to the conclusion that I eat too much cooked meat.

How can I better rawify myself?

How raw do you eat your meat??

Do you sear all of it and leave the insides raw?

Dave, my posts in the journal section have a few ideas with pics. Seared beef ribeye sashimi, raw eggs as dipping sauce for bacon or salmon sashimi, etc.

I can't add much to that, but I'll just say that for my beef, I just sear each side of my steak for about 20 seconds in a medium hot cast iron skillet. Other than the outer 1/16 of an inch, it is RAW.

Good Morning Dave,

As Nicky posted earlier on the forum, there's a rather famous raw meat eater named Geoff Purcell. If you seek him out, also raw paleo forums are loaded with raw meat info.

Best wishes,

Thank you Avlone Wave ; some times I have the feeling, nobody seems to think more than "meat, egg and fat" is the story to loose weight and ... what about the rest? After this I thought what the hell am I doing:

http://www.friendsoffreedom.com/Writings/CookedFood.html

I just don't eat only beef know and eat innards and I love raw lambs fat. I got some Tenderloin (Brazilien beef) because eating raw that is more tender. Eating this way I eat less than when it's cooked so I don't mind spending a bit of money every know and again.

After all we can't run away from getting old and who want's to get old quicker. It might be cool to smoke, drink... but what do you get for your money?

I don't want to be a goody Bonkers but I want peace of mind (like when you are a child; no worrys, no problems). Now I am a big cat (raw meat) and they seem to injoy there life Wow .

Hi Nicky,
I might just get up the nerve to try and eat raw beef tongue over the weekend. I've heard about it. I have seldom eaten tongue, but have liked it cooked. Cool
I also know Geoff like kidney, and that is kind of spooky. I have tried beef heart, raw, but I didn't like the texture or flavor and it also spooked me Shock Maybe I just need a better dipping sauce Yup
