Collect all of your chicken bones as you get them in a plastic bag in the freezer. Once you have an amount that is about as big as your crock pot, put in crock pot, add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and enough water to cover the bones but not boil over. Cook on low 24 hours. When done, drain, cool, put into containers in the fridge (use within 1 week) or freeze in those glad ware containers.

I use this to make egg drop soup (broth + mixed egg + soy sauce).

Also, if you don't have bones, take a whole chicken, chicken drumsticks, wings (or whatever you have) and put in crockpot with water and the vinegar. After a few hours, take the chicken out and cut off the meat and save the meat for things like chicken salad. Put the bones back in and cook on low 24 hours. Things like the drumsticks/wings wont have enough meat probably so just stir to mix the cooked meat & bones every few hours. Cook, drain, cool as above.
