An interesting spin on the rest pause weight lifting technique. Since one's weight lifting performance supposedly tanks on a low carb diet, this may help you get more out of it without snorting pixie stix before your workout.

Don't know how I missed this, good read and thanks a bunch! The training this guy recommends sounds exactly like Art DeVany's alactyc or whatever lifting. In a way it sounds like the 20 rep squat theme.

Exactly. Pretty much every exercise is a 20 rep "breathing" style with your usual 10 RM. Doing 20 chins where you normally tanked at 7 is quite an experience. OTOH, the set can take upwards of five minutes to finish...
