Just wanted to say that I shot back my first raw egg today and I am all proud of myself. Cool

The idea of a cooked egg just felt gross so I cracked one in a dish and shot 'er back. I think this means I am now officially manlier than my BF. Now I am going to have a nice rare steak and maybe grunt and scratch myself for awhile.

WOW!

The idea of raw egg kinda makes me gag.
I would rather eat raw meat.

I suppose one can get used to it?

you can get used to it. I like the yolks a lot more than the whites, though. And I think someone said to not eat whites raw because the raw albumin contains something that interferes with digestion... and then there is avidin.

it prevents biotin from getting properly used, but cooking deactivates this effect of avidin.

Raw yolk is quite good.
