What about eating avocadoes and olives? Four black olives has 2.5 grams of fat and 1 gram of carb. I'm not sure on avocadoes, but they have a reputation for being high in fat. Also, dill pickles say zero carb on the outside of the container.
I'm trying to stick with all meat, eggs, and dairy fat, but these are things I've always really liked and was wondering about. Of course, if they're no-no's, then I'll just keep drooling over them while my kids eat them! (actually, truth be told, I have snacked on a few black olives here and there, but that is all the cheating I've done )

There are no zero carb veggies.
Real zero carb, nutritional labels aside. 0.9 grams of carbs can be labelled as zero grams sometimes. |
