Bacon Cheeseburger Quiche

1 lb hamburger
1 small chopped onion
4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
3 eggs
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup half and half or heavy cream
8 oz shredded chedder or swiss cheese
Garlic powder (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown hamburger with onion. Mix in bacon. Press into the bottom of a deep dish pie pan.

Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and whip well. Pour mixture over beef and bake 40-45 minutes until top is browned and set. Cool 15-20 minutes before slicing.
