I took some ephedra product back years ago and it made me dizzy and faint. I decided to try a fat burner again (non-ephedra since no one sells it anymore)... it's some supplement called Hot-Rox... anyway, I'm just curious if anyone that works out on a regular basis has had any good results with any out there.

Ephedra is the only thing I ever felt had an effect. Some people claim Yohimbe is helpful. _________________ Viking Dan

Ah yes. The ever elusive yohimbe. Yet another thing that might be beneficial about yohimbe and I CAN'T GET ANY BECAUSE IT'S ILLEGAL HERE!!!

I loved ephedra when I could take it, but moreso as a stimulant for intense workouts and a vasodilator than becuase I noticed any effectiveness in fat loss. I seem to have an extremely high tolerance to supplements/pain killers so I don't think I'm a good example. _________________ "Man lives on one quarter of what he eats. Tekno,
Bitter orange is pretty close to ephedra, not as potent but it does have synephrine.
I think Bio-test has some cool products and HotRoxx is great.
You could always drink some Mormon tea..it has ephedra alkaloids.
I like the combination of ephedra/bitter orange,caffiene(must be 10 times the amount of ephedra)cayene, green tea,coleus forskolli,ginger..
All washed down with a carbonated drink like club soda or Perrier.
I've seen this combo melt the fat off..especially with those at already low bodyfat levels.
But it should be used only for a short period and it can make you feel like shit.
The best fat burner ever was Adipokinetix by Syntrax. I couldn't keep that product on my shelf! |

oh man I remember looking for adipokinetix years ago when I heard about how great it was!!! Do you know what the ingredients and the ratios were?
I'd seriously give it a go in a few years if I felt I needed some help with the last bit. _________________ "Man lives on one quarter of what he eats. On the other three quarters lives his doctor." |

Adipo taken with Triax was awesome..Triax was as close to T-3 as you could find naturally.
It had norephedrine, yohimbine(not yohimbe) and caffiene. I used to have the crazy "I don't give a crap what I put in my body" people mix in a baby aspirin as well.
The owner of the company was a renegade to the third degree. He was always in trouble with the FDA,FTC..he had some of his products embargoed. We couldn't get Adipo for weeks and I thought our customers were going to burn down our store.
looks like they have a new fat burner called FYRE

Fyre "pleasantly energizing and stimulating" with yohimbine in it I don't doubt that It actually looks pretty good. Ah well it's probably better that I've a couple years before being able to test out anything. _________________ "Man lives on one quarter of what he eats. I'd stay away from Hot-Rox, I used to take it myself. I did lose a few pounds after a few weeks, though I had a lot of weight to lose at the time. So, it probably was easy for me to let some weight off.
After about a month I started getting very severe migraines and often had painful heart burn. Both of which stopped soon after I discontinued taking the
supplement. |

I started to get a little heart burn right away...
i'm still hesitant to use it on a daily basis because I have a tendency towards anxiety.. which yohimbine can exacerbate.
Did you take the full dosage of two pills twice a day? |

I don't remember exactly how many I took, it was so long ago. I do remember that I was taking the maximum recommended amount, whatever that amount was at the time.
I do remember the heartburn was quite bad. I also remember one time I accidentally bit through one of the pills. The white gel stuff inside was one of the most bitter tasting things I've ever experienced. _________________ soon you'll be shining, cause you never stop trying.

I just bought some green tea extract thingies and OMG they make me nauseous! Just for about 10 minutes after taking them, but ew. I guess I can deal with 10 minutes of nausea if it helps with fat burning. _________________ I'm a vegetable-eater by proxy. I make sure to get 5-10 servings of herbivore per day. |

I had some green tea on an empty stomach the other day....I used 2 bags for one cup, so it was quite strong...but it made me nauseous for a while also. It seems that if I have it with food or after a meal, there's no problem. |

I find tea, esp green tea on an empty stomach makes me feel very sick too!
Fucothin, sounds like a special type of fatloss cardio I'd be into _________________ "Man lives on one quarter of what he eats. On the other three quarters lives his doctor." |

hi there,
I have started a new blend that is working unbelievably well so far... I have dropped 7.6 lbs in just a few days... what is significant is that I haven't been able to get below 190... but this got me to 188 in just 4 days!
it is actually a combination of 2 products
DCP and Leviathan Reloaded

I am hoping to get to below 180 for my Cook Islands vacation in a few weeks |

FWIW, since the ephedra ban, I just get pseudoephedrine flu pllls at the pharmacy and have a couple cups of coffee. Same effect, give or take. _________________ Viking Dan
