Dear Landru,
This is simply a challenge to myself to lose 2lbs by Sunday morning. I was 152lbs this morning which again, is a miracle considering I'm a emotional eater and with my Mother's Death and then her Funeral last weekend Seems I have not been binging for more than a day or two DOHHH!!!
So I'm 152lbs. If I can reach 150 by Sunday morning, it'll be another flintstone for me
Of the Body,
Avalon

LOL! You guys! Carni
I'm 151lbs this morning... which means if Ava behaves herself, she's thinking she could lose half a pound and be 150.5 WHICH TO HER IS 150!!! AND THAT RYHMES WITH C AND THAT STANDS FOR COOL! OMG!
Breakfast: shirataki noodles, squash, onions and garlic with parm cheese
My second time with these noodles and I'm still not sure how I feel about them... hmm... too expensive in these high cost times I think. If I throw them up now can I return them I forgot, I don't do that anymore. |

Yippie! When I woke up I was half a pound heavier- before I walked to the market.
Now, we'll party and gain 4-5lbs!
OMG!
If you were here I'd make you all a drink! |

THANK YOU PEOPLE OF EARTH! What?
Okay, I'm a couple-o-drinks in? A few? Or is it four now? All I know is I stopped the Monkees DVD Season 2 to log on to my PC!!! Oh, it's so involved. I waited most morning for my neighbor to shower free ice on me and he didn't get back until I already started drinking! We don't need no stinking ice cubes! Ha! Damn intuition! I knew I should have gotten the ice LAST NIGHT!
The sad thing is I experimented with Crystal Light Rasberry Ice and Vodka! Yuck! But now after a few it aint so bad i tell ya!
OMG! Sounds good in writing!

I just poured myself a drink and then spilled half of it on my laptop! And I hadn't even started yet! Farg! Is this a sign? _________________ I'm a vegetable-eater by proxy. I make sure to get 5-10 servings of herbivore per day. |

Hi girls! I finally made it to the party! Better late than never. I'm serving gin and vodka with a little brie.
